Okay, fashion mavens, I'm looking for a couple of things, and I'm hoping you can direct me 
First is a shrug (a white one). The dressier/more professional the better, as it's for work. My bust measurement is about 58".
Second is that tape that you can use to keep your bra straps stuck to the right spot in your shirt. Anyone know if this stuff actually works? If so, where can I find some? (An aside: For some reason, on all the smocked tops/dresses I have, the straps fall about an inch to the inside of where my bra straps are, on both sides. What is UP with that?)
