did anyone else watch wifeswap tonight?
I have thoughts about the show but not so sure how to explain them.
I was a bit surprised (i guess) what they said about the heavy-set man. That he "ate every meal as if it were a practice for his eating competitions"
Don't get me wrong.. when I go to a buffet, I eat everything I want lol
I'm not sure if that's how this man really lived or not.
not sure how to explain the rest of my thoughts on that situation.
I am glad to see the 'thin' mom got the other family exercising. It was very cool to see her use things around their house to use as exercising 'machines' like the stairs and watching the son do obsticals with his basketball and getting the men to gather up the floor rugs...
not sure where I'm going with this thread.. just curious is anyone saw the show and has thoughts on it.
does anyone have suggestions to do exercises at home? I'm not looking to get thin but I need to be more 'in shape' as it were. I don't have any stairs and please keep in mind I'm a ssbbw and I can't exactly run around the block (lol) w/o ruining my knees and making my bones spurs in my heels hurt worse
anyway.. other than just household cleaning.. does anyone else of size do other exercises at home that I could try??
