Video shows the boy, age 7, to be very disruptive. The TN woman who adopted him said he threatened her family and to torch her home. She put him on a plane back to Russia with a note saying he was violent and had severe psychological problems.

I think people should stick with adopting American children. There are plenty of them who need good homes.
