I am just so happy I simply wanted to share the news...I got promoted today!

I've got about 9 years of software tech support experience under my belt, and I've been trying to get into Broadband tech support for two years now. Today I got the news that I was accepted. It came after two grueling interviews with the department heads. Absolutely nerve-wracking. And I did not think I was going to make it.

I am now the only woman in the department. This is so incredible...I just hope I can sleep tonight for the excitement!
