Saw a segment on TV about women who would rather be anything other than fat! Things like I would rather smoke, be unemployed, be disables or wahtever ese than fat according to surveys and blogs on the web. WTF?
I know we face alot of discrimination and society as a whole paints a really bad picture of being fat as a whole. But as a woman who has been fat my whole life and has a full life despite it I just don't get the stigma. I mean really you would rather be dead than be fat? What do you all think of the paranoia that some folks have about being a fat woman in todays society. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on this.
