Writer's block-any suggestions?

I'm dying here, trying to write a paper and it takes hours just to put together one paragraph. Anybody have some good tricks to get me out of this funk? I'm missing due dates all over the place, and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my mind if I don't fix this situation.
