Yahoo toolbar--how do I get rid of it?

I just went to rep someone for a post and my computer mad a funny 'bloop' noise. I then noticed that I have this Yahoo tool bar under my regular tool bar.

How did it get there?

How can I make it go away?

I know nothing about computers, so speak simply.

Please help!
