Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup pecans
2 sticks butter
3 heaping tablespoons cocoa
1 cup Coke
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Combine flour, sugar, and nuts in mixing bowl. Heat butter, Coke and cocoa to boiling. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla, and marshmellows. Beat together. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Icing:
1 stick butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons Coke
16 oz (box) powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine butter, cocoa, and Coke. Heat to boiling. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat with nuts and vanilla. Spoon over hot cake. if icing is too thick, heat more coke and add to icing.
