A couple of weeks ago while browsing Ebay, I found a very fun tupperware product that I did not know existed. It is a set of containers for making home made ice cream sandwiches...
They looked interesting, so I bought them and they just arrived yesterday.
With the grandson here for the summer (and our neighbor boy that is his best bud as well), I decided to try my hand at this. I used Chocolate Chip cookies (good old Chips Ahoy), lay one in the bottom of the cup, then put a generous scoop of Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream on the cookie, then top it with another cookie. Fill all the cups, stack 'em up, and freeze.
Well, we just tried these babies, and they are totally yummy! :eat2:
