Butterbelly
Melting in the desert
Awhile back when I was interviewing non-stop trying to find a job, I would often get asked "tell me three of your biggest weaknesses." I have several of them, but as I've been told by many people, you turn your weaknesses into something positive, which I've definitely done lately.
What are you three biggest weaknesses...and no, food doesn't count
Mine are:
1. Control freak - I have to be in control of a situation at all times. If I'm not, I can easily spin out of control. I've had to learn to ease off and deligate others to accomplish tasks and not take on all the work.
2. Perfectionist - probably goes along with the control freak in me, but I want things done right, and I want them done right the first time.
3. Too self-critical - who needs enemies to beat you down when you can do it yourself. I'm way too hard on myself at times.
