4 to 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Sliced Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup Dry white Wine (you can add more, up to 1/2 cup if you like)
Pepperidge farm chicken stuffing mix
1 Stick of Butter
1 Can cream of Chicken soup
Arrange Chicken Breasts in 9x13 baking dish
Fold Swiss cheese slices over each Chicken Breast
In small bowl mix Chicken Soup with the White Wine
Pour Soup mixture over Chicken Breasts
Melt Stick of Butter (I use the microwave)
In small bowl mix Box of Stuffing with the Melted Butter
spread Stuffing Mixture over each Chicken Breast
Bake in Oven at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
Goes great with Mashed Potatoes! :bow:
