This is, as long as I'm aloud, going to be a journal of my progress as I work to obtain a stronger, faster, and more able body. There are, in my mind, a plethora of reasons I'm doing this. I'll list ten reasons for references...and if anyone has any questions about it, feel free to ask.
1) I want to be at the peak of physical ability for myself (this is important in anything in my mind)
2) I want to be able to do backflips
3) I want to be able to slam dunk
4) I want to be able to do Free Style Walking
5) I want to avoid the dangers of heart disease, and other heart issues that run in my family
6) I want to feel energized
7) I want to be able to try any sport without being told I'm too small or too under-weight
8) I don't want anyone to think they can push me around
9) I want to have a six pack
10) I want to be able to walk around shirtless and feel good about it.
Well, in any case, not much to say for now...plus i have a projec that I need to finish so I can get to bed.
I'll put some pictures up...but next week is my OFFICIAL start week, since this weekend will basically be used to do my school work, and any exercise done during this time will be for stress relief and not actually with the intention of building on anything. Sounds silly perhaps, but it basically will be irregular, and thus not measureable.
Well, here's the pictures...I'll be back when I've done enough work to merit it.
