My friends and I often get funny looks from passers-by (especially older passers-by), when we use "**********," "****," "dick," "dickweed," "dickslap," "pussy," etc. I never use the "f" word, though, which I've been told is a funny contridiction.

several teachers made profound impacts on me in high school. some were fat, some were not. like everyone else is saying, i don't think it had anything to do with that.
the only time i think i ever really paid attention to a teacher's weight was in my biology class where we had a bbw student...

i'm pretty sure it's both to accurately represent hawaiian culture and to teach kids that everyone is worthwhile - not just regardless of their weight - but regardless of anything about them physically. it's a good lesson. and it benefits the size acceptance community, sure. but it doesn't...
