    It's all about baby steps, walking before you can run! If this is what helps some guys become more open about their preference, then so be it. They can be offered private support by other, more experienced FA's. The paysite models get a few more compliments, which I don't think would upset them...

    Why do people chose bi-pass over band?

    I think there are certain materials (some plastics, titanium etc) that pretty much aren't rejected by the body. I'd kinda hope they made the bands from one of them!

    Its worth noting that for someone of Donni's size, WLS is not necessary anti-fat i.e. with WLS she may lose the average 25%, taking her from 500 to 375. Still SSBBW, but her quality of life, mobility etc are likely to be vastly improved. We're not talking 250 lb people trying to get to 120 lbs...
