    Ruby Ripples has passed away.

I am very sad to learn this. We were chat friends for a very long time and she was a willing muse of some of my works and came up with ideas frequently for other renderings I did. We hadn't chatted in almost 5 years and I have an ache in my heart hearing this.

I wonder what has had me so stressed since I was 3?

    Betsy

Very sad news. I had exchanged some messages with her way back when. It seemed she was just getting her second wind on the net after a too long absence. Prayers for her family and friends. B

    How I found Dims.....

I had read about the print magazine FA-SIG and then became a reader when it became Dimensions. When I got on the internet it was still mostly text based with newsgroups and ftp servers. I was a regular on the old Weight Board.

    I'm pretty sure I'm "fatsexual"

I am a fatsexual and I feel this a good definition. Though, it isn't just the fat. The fat is merely another defining quality towards a visual attraction. Like blonde hair, tall, or short. From there you would want to get to know the person for like personal qualities and chemistry. I don't...

    The Birth of DIMz '87!

I remember reading about FAsig in BUF Magazine and a brief column on Conrad and Ruby. I didn't know your artwork was featured on the covers then since I didn't actually see the illustrations but I have enjoyed them since first seeing a comic about the Jordache Jeans model Babolonia in an adult...

Our Community Loss - Cindy G.

I am sad to hear of this. I met her on two occasions and she was very nice to me and pleasant to talk to. She was very caring in spite of what ever she may have been going through at the time. An icon since the early days of ssbbw web modeling, she will be sorely missed. My prayers to her and...

My kitty has to be put to sleep

Having gone through this in December, I know the pain of what lies ahead and how hard the decision is to make. But you know in your heart of hearts what the right thing to do is at this point. When things start to outright fail, the 'put to sleep' option is the more humane path than to let...

    Loss of a friend

Thank you and welcome to Dimensions. As I'm sure you know from reading, this is a fine community of people here. Signing up allows an involved interaction that can pay off in friendship, dialog, and most of all the kind of support as illustrated in all the above posts. I have the...

    Loss of a friend

Thank you all very much. It was definitely hard on our holidays but it has gotten better. Still hurts though. Each pet is so unique and they are all one in a million. B

    Loss of a friend

I haven't posted in a while. Over the past several months my wife and I have been caring for a sick family member. Before Mackie arrived in our home 13 years ago, he had been abandoned at a McDonalds as a kitten. He was taken in by a young woman who kept him for a year but had to find a...
