A Saudi Arabian man, who weighs 96 stone, has been airlifted out of his house after the King of Saudi Arabia ordered him to get treatment.
Six months ago King Abdullah asked for Khalid Mohsin Shaer to be taken to hospital but had to wait until a special bed was made for him in the US.
The 20-year-old patient was taken to King Fahd Medical City in Riyadh on Monday after the Saudi King arranged for his special air transportation from the southern city of Jazan.
A forklift was used to transfer him to an ambulance which took him to a local airport in Jazan.
