As I wander through life one of the rules I have tried to set for myself and to follow is:
When someone is doing a job that I do not want to do and, in many cases cannot do, I should be extremely slow to complain about the way they are doing it.
Leaders of volunteer organizations are hard to find and they already get enough grief. They do not need me adding to their grief. Therefore, I try to complement leaders for being willing to do what is often a very thankless task.
