How do you release it? A friend of mine recently suggested I channel some unresolved anger and emotion I have revolving a recent personal tragedy into something positive. I did something physical with the anger, and it seems to be helping. I plan on continuing to do something physical to release the anger because I am tired of letting it eat me up.
I stopped to ponder this afternoon, though, what do others do? I went to a shooting range and am learning to shoot. I also plan on going to the local sports place and batting a few balls in the batting cages. What do you do to work through your deep down anger issues? Or are you the kind of person to swallow those types of things down? If so, do you find they come back to haunt you later?
