another "I'm in a hair rut" thread

My hair is very similar to this photo from two years ago except I have red hair and it's slightly longer. My hair has a natural wave and it's thick. I'm sick of bangs. I don't know what to do. I don't like long hair on me and I like something that moves, "swingy" if you will. I also tend to prefer me with hair shoulder length and above.

Any suggestions?

yeah it's a goofy picture but I tried to find something that showed off the 'do.
