Has anyone ordered from them online?
If so - how long do orders usually take? I placed one a month ago tomorrow. I received the initial order confirmation and have heard absolutely nothing since. The online order history shows "processing", but a couple of e-mails have gone completely unanswered, and no one seems to want to answer the phone when I call.
Any other experiences?
