I just found this site thanks to Food Network Magazine. It has a bunch of Japanese products, although mostly candy. It also has a huge assortment of Kit Kat bars in flavors you can't even imagine and some you don't want to! A Caramel Pudding Kit Kat sounds pretty good, a Vegetable Juice Kit Kat not so much. There are crazy flavors like Apple Vinegar, Purple Sweet Potato and Soy Sauce.
