BBW newspaper ad

I found this ad in yesterday's newspaper here. It's an advertising for a political/economic publication called "Vanguardia".
What it says on the yellow balloon is: "In this world full of lies, you need something to believe in"... so clearly making fun of those Before/After diet/pills/treatments... I inmediately liked it and of course, find the BBW portrayed there very beautiful... What do you think?
