Recently I was put into an unfortunate situation. I was in town a couple of days ago getting my hair cut. Average, normal day so far. Well I got done, paid and left. As I was walking to my car, there was a group of guys, older than I am, I'd say about 22-23 (I'm 19), and they start giving me a hard time. Now I am immune to this type of behavior, its been happening for so long that I've heard it all before and don't care. I have to walk past these guys to get to my car so as I was walking, they were still giving me s**t.

I got passed them and they started fallowing me, still hassling me. I get to my car, start going for the door handle and one of the guys grabs my shoulder, and I just turned around and decked him in the mouth. Now, I am not a violent person, the last "fight" that I was in was like like 5th grade. So anyways I hit him in the face and the next thing I know I was standing over the guy, grabbing the front of his shirt and just punching him. Something came over me cause I never did anything this bad to someone. I'd say after maybe 10 sec. his friends were able to get me away from him. The guy was in pretty bad shape. I saw some teeth on the ground, and pretty sure his nose was broken.

His friends just told me to leave, and that was that. I haven't heard anything, and I'm waiting for the cops to give me a call or come knocking at my door. I don't like hurting people. I never have, even though this guy deserved it, I feel guilty.

So my question is, has anyone else had this similar experience? If so, how did you deal with it?
