So I had an event invite on Facebook this evening about a BGP Weekender event.......heres the info...

# Event kicks off 3pm on Friday 26th June 2009
# Event Map - VENUE TO BE CONFIRMED
# Directions
# Food & Drink - All food and unlimited tea and coffee is included in your ticket price and glass of cava or soft drink on arrival at the Meet and Greet. Alcohol and soft drinks may be purchased throughout the event.
# Accomodation - Accommodation is included, you choose your package and we do the rest.
# NO children at this event
# This will be the UK’s first BBW weekender and we are looking to make it an annual event
From £253 PER PERSON
(10% discount if you book and pay in full before 31st December 2008)
Inclusive of 2 nights’ accommodation 3 days food and all entertainment
Meet & Greet drink and meal on arrival. Food is included with the option of a alcoholic or soft drink
£35 deposit will secure your place and payments can be made in 4 instalments for the remaining amount
we will send you a limited edition BBW09 money box with tips on saving for this event that will not break the bank!
Packages Available
There will be a FREE shuttle bus that will run to and from all off site hotels throughout the weekend
Platinum package £299 per person on site accommodation
Gold package £275 per person 4/5 star off site accommodation
Silver package £253 per person 2/3 star off site accommodation
Single person supplement £35 per person per night
(If you want to attend but do not want to pay the single occupancy supplement. Please let us know if you would be willing to share with someone of the same sex and we will do our best to pair you up with someone suitable).
If you wish to book your own hotel then the ticket price is reduced to £199
We will take over the entire hotel complex exclusively for our weekend event. Your accommodation, free use of all facilities, plus all entertainment is included in the ticket price.
This is the first UK BBW WEEKENDER
And will be advertised internationally
Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
