Buffalo Wings or Chicken Wings?

So, Buffalo Wings or Chicken wings? What do you call them and how do you take them?

Being from so close to Buffalo myself and growing up here all my life... I call them Chicken wings or just Wings. How I normally take them? Medium or Mild, Hot if It's a hot sauce I like. Also, Bleu Cheese. Save the Ranch for the salads!
