Building up the inside?

CHANGE - Inside or outside what are you working on - face, breast, abs, nose, butt, ears, plastic surgery, gastric bypass. You have a few scars but the scars in the inside created by life are not erased. What are you doing to build up the inside? Do you think all solutions revolve around outer looks?
