Cake or Pie?

Tonight I am obsessing about crumb cake. And I was thinking about which I like better cake or pie. Well, I like a lot of both but I think I like Pie more. I adore Carrot cake and crumb cake but usually given a choice I choose pie. I love all kinds of pie - all of them - whereas I am picky about what kind of cake I'll eat because most times cake is dry. *blech*.

But what about Cheesecake is it a pie disguised as a cake??
