While getting a bit of fresh air this afternoon, I decided me and my pup would venture a little further than usual. As I turned the corner towards home 3 pre-teenage boys came up behind me, obviously on their way home from school. I was nervous-(I guess teenage boys have always made me nervous) but I kept to my path, determined to not feel intimidated.

I thought I heard the word fat... but I was like nah- Then I heard "Hey Buddha! Hey extr,a extra, extra large..." And I think for the first time I didn't feel sad and defeated for being me, "extra, extra, extra large". I actaully thanked God that it happend, I think b/c I realized those words didn't have to hurt. In fact it was funny. Don't get me wrong it stung a little, but no where near as bad as I would have thought it would.

IN FACT I almost felt complemented! Buddha was an amazing, world changing, positive, loving person. You can compare me to such a Godly human being ANYTIME! 0 :)

As the three passed me, I spoke politley saying hello- and 2 of the boys ratted out the one with the big mouth/ balls. They said "He was making fun of you" (like I didn't know). My response: "That's OK, I forgive him".

No wonder I made him think of Buddha! I'm a peaceful, forgiving person, too.
