I have a question that I can't seem to find any information on, and I thought someone here might be able to help out... I am currently dating a girl that worked out a lot when she was younger. As a result, her thighs became very stiff, firm and toned even though she is a bigger girl. Her mother forced her to exercise all of those years because she didn't want a fat daughter... My girlfriend is not happy with her super toned thighs and I can't say that I enjoy them either. I was wondering if anyone would know if firm thighs are irreversible, or can they become soft and jiggly? If so, would anyone have some tips on how to undo what has already been done, or is she pretty much stuck with rock hard thighs?
