At my place of employment, we provide a shuttle service to and from airports in the area. This coming Sunday we have a huge group of people coming in and our ONE company van is not enough to handle that many people and all their luggage, so the guy doing the shuttle (our maintenance manager, dont even get me started on how stupid it is that he has to do shuttle) asked me to use my own personal vehicle to help him with the shuttle. I would be transporting guests from the airport to my work.
Point blank- I dont want to. Not my job, takes time away from things I need to do on Sunday, it would leave this place without housekeeping AND maintenance for an entire afternoon, and its stupid that upper management is putting this all on my friend.
I dont feel comfortable doing it. My other co-worker said I dont have the proper insurance for it and I shouldn't do it. So does any have an auto-insurance knowledge? Is she right?
