My gf is not enthusiastic about weight gain, but I'd like her to gain. On the other hand: She loves tube feeding, not because of the food but because of the feeling of being filled slowly until she's comfortably full. We've some routine, so it's no risk, nor it's uncomfortable for her. Luckily she allows me to feed her this way for half a year with whatever I want. 0.5 liters in the morning and one in the evening. No alcohol and no diarrhea. She bets that she can compensate this by doing some sports (surely not more than two hours of running per week). Do I have a chance to make her loose her bet?
So what would be the most fattening mixture? Fat and carb should do best. I'll start with highly concentrated sugar water for the carb. But how many fat can I add for the first session and how quickly can I increase it? What 's the maximum of fat she can digest?
Should I add lecithin and something to boost her appetite?
And the most interesting question: How much extra weight do you guess will I be able to "donate" her?
(She's 160 cm tall and has a weight of 93 pounds, so 40 extra pounds would give her a healthy shape. She'd need about 1000 extra calories, right? Each half a pound of sugar and half a cup of oil should contain this amount of calories, so a mixture of both should contain 2000 calories, so she'd gain more than three pounds a week with this mixture ... sounds too much to me, can it be possible?)
