Soon you will have to drive hands-free only with your cell in CA. Unless you're a "commercial" driver. Then it's still ok to use hand-held. Because God knows that some of those often sleep-deprived, drug-using, caffeine-addicted, chain-smoking, possibly illegal alien truckers aren't already dangerous enough.
