While leaving my friend's barbecue recently, I came across this book that was left out on the street with a pile of other used books. I often collect used books, but of that pile, only one caught my attention. The cover said, "Stop Dieting, Start Living" and "Fat Can be Beautiful." I snatched that book up and took it home where I began to read voraciously. I was pleasantly surprised by how pro-fat the book was, especially since it was written in the sixties by a doctor! Is anyone else familiar with this book?
