The United States of America is a constitutional republic. The US does not have a “ruler” like a monarchy or a dictatorship. Instead, the US has an elected chief executive officer called the President of the United States.
Clearly, the creator of this cartoon is ignorant of that simple fact. What they were attempting to say was SCPOTUS or So-Called President Of The United States.
Question: If people continue to say in the face of reality that Donald Trump is not the president or “not my president” … Just who do they think is the president? Ex-president Barack Obama or the presidential “loser” Hillary Clinton?
