Not sure this is in the right spot, but here it goes..
Hey gals! I've decided to do freelance makeup in my spare time. It's always been a hobby of mine, and I love doing makeup and hair. Anyway, I need to build my portfolio, and to do that, I need someone to model for me! What I propose:
We can meet up (I live by 75 and 635, near SMU) and I will do your hair/makeup and we'll get you all dolled up. I would use my Dinair airbrush machine for foundation/blush/contour/highlight/etc. and everything else would be applied with sanitized and clean brushes.
I only use high quality makeup, so MAC, Benefit, Makeup Forever, NARS, Urban Decay, would be the product used.
We can do a fun photoshoot! I have a DSLR camera. I'd need at least 200 pictures to get a good set to choose from, I don't envision that taking more than an hour or so.
You would get a free makeover, and I would give you a CD with all of your pictures on there as well. Also, it'd be a fun afternoon of girl talk and snacks!
Let me know if you or anyone you know would be interested. I'm really just trying to get more comfortable in a professional type atmosphere, and push myself outside of my comfort zone a little. That, and I can't justify spending $500 a month on makeup if I'm not getting any use out of it.
Let me know! I'm free most days and weekends!
