There is currently no penalties whatsoever for blatant hatred and discrimination toward fat people. If someone gets their ass kicked because they are fat, it isn't a hate crime like it would be if they were black or gay.
We have absolutely no legal protection at all.
However, persecution due to religion does fall under the hate crime laws. Do we need to start a religious sect that worships large bodies and those who worship large bodies?
If such a religion were to exist, BHM and BBW would be able to fight against job discrimination and other forms of sizism because it would be an attack on their religion.
I'm sure members of other religions are going to object to this, but we need to do something, and I for one am not afraid to play a little dirty to get the job done.
