Does anyone know the name of this comic?

i found it on the internet years ago. the plot was something to do with a young ssbbw girl who lived in some sort of hospital for people with eating disorders. one of the male nurses who worked there eventually admitted to being an FA and began to give her large meals. at the end i think he broke her out and they escaped.

anyone got an idea?
