what's the better technique for piling on those lovely pounds?
is it wiser to eat servings of food throughout the day, or to just eat one or two super huge meals throughout the day?
personally, it's easier for me to eat throughout the day, since i can eat at my work desk, but i'm open to suggestions. :happy:
