Everyone has an 'off' day. A day where, for whatever reason (hormones, lack of proper sleep, etc.), things just plain suck and everything either makes you angry or makes you want to cry.
My question is, what do YOU do to get yourself out of that funk? Any good tips?
Personally, I try to keep busy, very busy. But, sometimes, even that doesn't work...
