I have been supponed (Louise is not awake at the moment) to court in June to tesify about an event i witnessed.
When the police were questioning me I describled one of the people involved as a fat balding man. The police said nothing about my description. In court I am pondering what my response will be should the judge say that I am not alowed to use insutling terms.
Hopefully there will be no judical comment but there might be a problem and I am trying to think through possible responese to a judge's order not to use the term fat to describe one of the participants.
I am not actully asking for sugestiions but if anyone here was in a similiar situation i would be happy to hear about it.
