I remember back in college (you know - back in the dark ages when Nacho Cheese Doritos were a novelty) there was a refrigerated cheddar cheese dip that I used to buy to eat with the Doritos, and it was the perfect combination. Of course they stopped making that dip. And I've never found anything like it.
I love spinach dip (another ancient ritual
) and crab dip and onion dip and clam dip and bacon-horseradish dip and corned beef dip. Even a sweet fruit dip. Heck, I love dip.
