formal dress with short sleeves???

Hi,
I am desperately trying to find a dress for my father's wedding this summer that is not black and has short sleeves. Not having much luck. Having checked Igigi, Zaftique and a few other sites, I feel like something like that does not exist. I am desperately trying not to look to matronly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
