How about MUSICAL CHAIR SQUASHES?
We'll line up the people who want to be squashed and those willing to do the squashing.
The squashees will take a number to see who has to leave the game in what order. Line up the chairs and let them sit.
Then we start the music and the squashers have to find a lap to sit on. Whomever does not find one is out. Then the squashee who has the next number goes out. That way we will always have one less squashee to squasher.
Of course we will have to rearrange a prize for the squasher. I think we all know what the prize will have been for the squashee.:bow:
