Help finding an essay - God created you as a fat woman.....

Years ago, I read an essay/story about accepting oneself because God created her that way....I don't remember many of the details, but I remember sobbing in recognition of myself in that story. It had a lot to do with me accepting myself and I am need of reading it again..

Is anyone familiar with it?
