I have a wicked bad craving for truffles, but I want them wonderful and decadent. Think bubble bath, glass of wine and classical music playing decadent. (that is, if I had a bath tub, drank wine and liked classical music)
I had some truffles years ago, a friends friend brought them back from CA. They were so rich, it was almost like pudding inside. I have no idea what the name of them was, or where to find them...but I'm hoping to find something close.
Does anyone have any favorites they can suggest??
