Idea's for an essay

well, the prof assigned a large research essay for our final grade, and we have a month to do it. I wanted to do something on the Size Acceptance community, or something relating to size acceptance, but after thinking on this for a while, I don't know where to begin or a solid topic to work with.

So I'm asking for your help with idea's or just any constructive thought on where I should head with this piece.
