What would it look like? What would it's "theme" be? What would you serve and what might be a signature dish?
I'd want to own a diner - all 50's kitschy kinda thing - turquoise and black with accents of pink! I'd serve all kinds of diner fare of course and specialize in burgers/fries and extra thick shakes but I'd also serve something I "dreamed up" the other day - a breakfast baked potato! Bake the potato til crispy outside, split open scoop *some* of the potato out, fill with scrambled eggs and choice of crumbled bacon, sliced sausage or diced ham, load shredded cheese on top - all kinds of variations available too - peppers and onions or mushroom and swiss or whatever!
