Iron Foodee Challenge August 2008

I was racking my brains to think up an ingredient for this month, then later I was describing to a friend, an iced frappacino drink i had once that was delicious and saying I wish i knew how to replicate it..... *ping*

So, this month's ingredient is... COFFEE. If you have recipes for cold milky coffee drinks, or for making "expensive to buy in coffee shops" style brews, or maybe coffee cakes, cookies, fondants?

I'm quite excited about this one, hope I havent picked a damp squib!
