OK fellow foodees. I gave it much thought during the week and have decided that this month will have a theme rather than an ingredient. Most of us are heading into the summer. While I love to cook, cooking in an overly warm kitchen is not at all appealing to me but steak and a salad gets old quick. So, what have we got that uses minimum amounts of both heat and time in the kitchen? Give me some 30 Minute Cool and Easy recipes. Favorite grilling recipes, one dish pasta recipes (yeah, they require boiling water, but if I can get it on the table and have everything heat turned off in 30 minutes or less, that works for me). Fish is quick. Got a specialty? Vegetarian? This is certainly the time of year for it. Whatcha got fellow foodees?
