Hello all. For those of you familiar with the restaurant establishment known as Ruby Tuesday's, you may be familiar with one of their signature desserts - the Strawberry Tallcake. Well, it is a cruel, cruel world we live in, as I just now called the local Ruby's up for curbside and requested, as dessert to go with our dinner, two Strawberry Tallcakes - and was soundly rebuffed. Apparently they ``don't do that anymore'' and have replaced the venerable Tallcake with a wretched pretender to the throne, some kind of strawberry and cream puff pastry. I would not have it, and settled on the burger order - but it is with a sad gaze and a heavy heart that I bid farewell to the glorious, sublime creation that was - the Strawberry Tallcake.

Layers of cheesecake so spongy and soft,
drizzled with strawberries standing aloft,
on domes formed of icecream - glistening white,
